QuoteWell offers a free tier that requires no payment. No refunds are applicable for the free tier.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially used the service. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@quotewell.ca within 14 days of your charge. Please include your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
